The croft area extends to 6.15 Hectares with a gate leading to the common grazing's, the croft has 1/33 share of nearly 675 hectares. Permanent improvements include a stone built byre (approx 6.5 x 13 metres) and a general purpose agricultural shed (approx 10 x 13 metres) and fencing, all in good order.
