Croft for Sale - North Uist in the Outer Hebrides
The croft area extends to 6.15 Hectares with a gate leading to the common grazing's, the croft has 1/33 share of nearly 675 hectares. Permanent improvements include a stone built byre (approx 6.5 x 13 metres) and a general purpose agricultural shed (approx 10 x 13 metres) and fencing, all in good order.
The croft house has been decrofted, this means that the land around the property is legally separate from the croft tenancy. Applicants will have to gain the approval of the Crofters Commission so some agricultural experience / knowledge is necessary, or willingness to undertake training in running a croft / smallholding.
